Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of Kracht's GPU compute marketplace. Please read them carefully.

01Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Kracht, the Service,, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

02The marketplace

Kracht operates a two-sided marketplace that connects users who wish to rent GPU compute, Renters, with users who make GPU capacity available, Providers,. We facilitate the connection, metering, and billing of compute usage, but the underlying hardware may be operated by third-party Providers.

Renters are responsible for the workloads they run. Providers are responsible for the availability, security, and lawful operation of the hardware they list.

03Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it up to date.

04Billing and payments

Compute is billed per second of usage at the rates shown at the time of launch. Reserved and committed-use plans are billed according to the terms presented at purchase. Provider earnings are paid out according to the payout schedule in your dashboard.

All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

05Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to run unlawful workloads, infringe intellectual property, mine where prohibited, attempt to compromise other tenants or the underlying infrastructure, or otherwise violate these terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access for workloads that threaten the integrity, security, or availability of the platform.

06Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided as is without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kracht is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or compute results.

Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

07Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
