Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly (such as your name, email, organization, and billing details) and information generated through your use of the Service, including compute usage, logs, and diagnostic metrics needed to operate and bill the platform.

We also collect standard technical data (IP address, device, and browser information) to secure the Service and prevent abuse.

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; to meter and bill compute; to facilitate payouts to Providers; to communicate with you; and to detect, prevent, and respond to security and abuse threats.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data you process on rented compute is yours. We do not access the contents of your workloads except as required to operate the platform, comply with law, or respond to a security incident you have asked us to investigate.

Providers do not receive your account identity or workload contents through the platform's standard metering.

We share information with service providers who help us run the platform (for example, payment processors and infrastructure vendors) under contractual confidentiality obligations, and when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and the public.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and understand which parts of the site are useful. It is cookieless: it sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and does not track you across other websites. Visitors are counted using a hash derived from the request, which is discarded after 24 hours, so we cannot reconstruct your browsing session or identify you.

It records the page URL, referrer, approximate location from your IP (country and region, never the address itself), and your browser and device type. We strip identifiers out of URLs before they are sent, so pages like your instance details are reported as the page you visited rather than which instance you looked at, and query strings are discarded entirely.

Because nothing is stored on your device and no personal data is collected, we do not show a cookie consent banner. If we ever add analytics or advertising that does track you, we will ask first.

We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal and accounting obligations. Operational logs are retained for a limited period and then deleted or anonymized.

We use technical and organizational measures (including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging) to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to reduce risk. See our Security page for more detail.
