This policy explains what information Kracht collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
01Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly - such as your name, email, organization, and billing details - and information generated through your use of the Service, including compute usage, logs, and diagnostic metrics needed to operate and bill the platform.
We also collect standard technical data (IP address, device, and browser information) to secure the Service and prevent abuse.
02How we use information
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; to meter and bill compute; to facilitate payouts to Providers; to communicate with you; and to detect, prevent, and respond to security and abuse threats.
We do not sell your personal information.
03Your workloads and data
Data you process on rented compute is yours. We do not access the contents of your workloads except as required to operate the platform, comply with law, or respond to a security incident you have asked us to investigate.
Providers do not receive your account identity or workload contents through the platform's standard metering.
04Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us run the platform (for example, payment processors and infrastructure vendors) under contractual confidentiality obligations, and when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and the public.
05Data retention
We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal and accounting obligations. Operational logs are retained for a limited period and then deleted or anonymized.
06Security
We use technical and organizational measures - including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging - to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to reduce risk. See our Security page for more detail.
07Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
